Add "In Memoriam" graphic to the comments and details of the situation.
By default, Mary will add the In Memoriam graphic and comments to the main Facebook page. Some CM's like to do this themselves and that's perfectly fine too. Still tag Mary to update the top of the post and move to the In Memoriam album.

Add “Retrieved” graphic in the Den comments along with the story!
By default, Mary will add the Retrieved graphic to the main Facebook post. If you want her to add a story, just say so. Some Case Managers like to add the graphic and story themselves and that's fine too! People love reunion stories and photos, just make sure you have permission to post pictures (especially with kids).
Make sure you still take tag Mary to update the top of the post and move to the Retrieved album.
CWU Case Wrap-Up

When you finish your CWU, add a comment in the Den letting Sam know. “Sam, CWU Complete”
If you also had a fund out for trap or cameras, let Bobbi know she can release the fund.
