CTG: Case Thread Generator – You will find this under “Announcements” in the Den. It is a form that the CM needs to complete to get the dogs’ case listed both in the Den and publicly.

CWU:  Case Wrap-Up – Form completed to close out the case.  Whether the dog is found safe, deceased, we are disengaging, owner conceded, or moving the case to Cold Case – this is filled out. This is filled out on every dog- independent of Case Thread or GABA.

Den:  Retrievers Private Facebook group where all internal Retrievers “business” is conducted.

FR:  First Responder – The first team member to contact the person who filled out the RA.  At times, a CM will accept a case before a FR has contacted the family and if the CM prefers to make the FR call themselves, they can state in the den “No FR call needed” and tag the head of the FR team. \
